Our team has strong educational backgrounds, coming from the finest schools in the USA and Brazil, including Harvard Business School, UC Berkeley, Wharton School of Business, NYU, Fundação Getulio Vargas and COPPEAD with MBAs and LLM. The strong educational background has been strengthened by hands-on experience at financial and legal institutions such as Goldman Sachs & Co., Kohlberg, Kravis and Roberts, Violy, Biorum & Partners, BFC Bank and Barbosa, Mussnich & Aragão. We have significant operating experience, which gives us first-hand insight into the issues that affect start-ups, growing businesses, and businesses in need of restructuring.
